Lakes Grammar is a diverse school, proudly learning on Darkinjung land. We have strong links to our Darkinjung community and our indigenous students are supported and encouraged to explore and express their culture.

Our middle school is a supportive and inclusive environment where we recognise students have different needs and may require enrichment and support. This is where our academic diversity team come into play. Students have access to highly experienced staff who can support and adjust progress to suit a students’ physical, intellectual and wellbeing needs.

In the middle school, students will:

• Have teacher mentors to support student learning.
• Have access to small learning enrichment classes.
• Have access to 1-1 assessment support.
• Be the focus of discussion between educators and parents to ensure we are working together to support and enrich identified students.
• Identified gifted and talented students will have access to acceleration in key subjects.
